The public part of this site is deliberately simple: no cookies, no forms and no guest accounts. Below is exactly what happens with data when you visit.

What we do not collect
The public part of the site sets no cookies, uses no tracking or advertising tools, has no forms for submitting data and requires no registration. That is why there is no consent pop-up either — there is no consent to ask for. A cookie exists only in the staff-only area, where it serves solely to keep staff signed in; a guest never receives one.
What is unavoidably recorded
As with every website, the server records technical details of each request: IP address, time, the address requested and the browser type. These logs serve only the operation and security of the site, are not linked to your identity and are not used for analytics.
The basis on which we process data
We process the technical records described above on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation) — to keep the site running, maintainable and protected from abuse. Data you give us yourself by phone or email is processed so that we can answer your enquiry or arrange a booking or venue hire.
Who processes data on our behalf
The site is served by Vercel Inc., and its content (menu, price list, opening hours) is stored in a Supabase database on servers within the European Union. Both act as data processors and may not use the data for their own purposes. Vercel Inc. is a US company, so some processing may take place outside the European Union; such transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, which form part of the data processing agreement with the provider.
How long data is kept
Technical records are not kept by us but by our hosting provider (Vercel). They are available to us for one hour after they are created, and after that not even we can access them. Data from your enquiry by phone or email is kept only while the arrangement is being made, and at most one year from the last contact.
Links to other sites
The contact and menu pages link to Google Maps, Instagram, Glovo and Wolt. The map is deliberately not embedded but opens on click — until you click, nothing is sent to Google. Once you do, the privacy rules of those services apply, and we have no influence over them.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and to object to processing. Since the site itself collects no personal data, in practice these rights concern data you give us by phone or email. If you believe we are not handling your data lawfully, please contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr, azop@azop.hr.
